Emerald Ox.
We are coordinators and stylists, and we are way too excited about your wedding day. We are a wedding company that strives to make your engagement season as beautiful and enjoyable as it truly is. Our team is one of endless hard work, passion, and a lot of laughs; we want to curate a wedding that brings personalities and desires alive.
The oX
A large creature that works better with a partner or a group. Life is tough and we individually are tough like the oX, but together with our community, we can be so much more.
An Emerald
A small and unique stone that represents a “Til Death Do Us Part” I do. This is our event side. The place where marriages begin & victories are celebrated. Like an emerald, each event will be unique in its own way.

Owner & Wedding Planner, Jami Craft // Jami has been in the coffee industry for approximately six years and weddings for three years. In 2012, her coffee journey began with her travels to various countries, specifically Zimbabwe. The places were not necessarily known for coffee, but the people sitting together during tea time sipping and chatting are what chartered her love for coffee. She desired to continue those experiences and so she pursued a career in coffee. Three Tree Coffee hired her as an intern in 2014 when they were solely a roaster. She was an employee through the start-up of their coffee shop opening in 2015, until her family relocated in 2019. Jami started planning and coordinating weddings after her wedding in 2018. With an eye for design and a passion for coffee and weddings, she knew that her time in the industry had not come to a close.
