Design meeting and mood board defining vision and aesthetic
Budget meeting and management
Unlimited planning meetings (subject to availability)
Management of all vendors: research, communication, negotiation of services, prices, and contracts
Final planning and venue walk-through meeting 4-6 weeks out from wedding date
Wedding day timeline creation
Inventory checklist
Communication of timeline to vendors, wedding party, and family members
Rehearsal direction
